These providers also suffer from "Noisy Neighbors" where hosting providers try to stuff as many servers on the same hardware as possible oftentimes negativly impacting performmance. While sometimes the VPS resellers can provide an acceptable experience it oftentimes requires the user to still set up and configure the server themselves. If you are willing to configure the server yourself consider one of the AWS/Google/Vultr options for a better experience or if you would like to have the server set up for you consider Arctic VR or Horde below.
